1. Provider

2. Service
AttributionGuard provides affiliate-attribution risk analysis, evidence organization, commission-at-risk estimates and related monitoring.
3. No automatic fraud determination
Risk scores, alerts and findings identify patterns that may deserve investigation. They do not, by themselves, establish intentional fraud, contractual breach or legal liability.
4. Customer responsibilities
You must have the right and lawful basis to submit data, avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive data, protect credentials and private keys, and use the service only for lawful business purposes.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed at the price and interval displayed at checkout. Stripe may process payment information. Taxes may apply. Cancellation applies prospectively according to the applicable billing cycle and mandatory law.
6. Availability
Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Functionality may change or be suspended for maintenance, security, legal or product reasons.
7. Customer data
Customer data remains the customer's data. Submitted data is used to provide, secure and support the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
AttributionGuard is a risk-analysis tool and is not a substitute for legal, accounting, audit or forensic advice. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Governing framework
These Terms are intended for business services operated from Spain and should be read consistently with applicable Spanish and EU law, subject to mandatory rules.
